Terell is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
He's usually browsing the gift section of Edel's Department Store in the eastern block of the royal city.
The reason Terell's at the department store is because he's looking for a gift for his wife. While he's initially considering buying some plates for her, he decides she's too special for an ordinary gift.
Terell is one of the few people in town who isn't interested in the martial arts competition, so he simply goes about his day as usual while most of the city's in a festive mood. He does pick up on the political unrest brewing behind the scenes in Grancel, though he takes the increased presence of soldiers as a reassurance rather than a sign something's wrong.
After the truth about the coup comes out, Terell mentions he doesn't believe Duke Dunan is a bad person despite him playing a role in making the coup happen, though he admits the duke is very annoying.
