Miele is a person met in the town of Grancel.
He's a fighting competition enthusiast who came to the royal city to witness the Martial Arts Competition and during the days of the tournament he's usually found in front of the Grand Arena in the royal city's eastern block. He decided to splurge a bit and booked a room at the Roembaum Hotel for himself during his stay in Grancel, so whenever he's not hanging out in front of the arena, he's usually resting in his hotel room.
Miele is initially put off by the tournament's rules suddenly having been switched around and mentions he actually prefers one-on-one matches to teamplay, but he nevertheless quickly regains his enthusiasm and frequently screams himself hoarse during the spectacle. He was a bit unsettled by the sight of a Royal Army division getting beaten in battle by the Capua Sky Bandits and mentions many people cheered when the Capuas were defeated the next day, but he acknowledges that they did put up one hell of a fight and hopes they'll take the time to rethink their lives and use their potential for a good cause.
Knowing that the tournament's championship match will have lots of people attending, he makes the decision to go to bed early on the evening before the final match, get up early and get his tickets before things get too crowded. Unfortunately for him, lots of other people had the same idea and when he arrives at the arena the next morning it's already as crowded as ever.
While rooting for Zin's team, Miele meets Godfrey, who's rooting for the Bracer team as well and the two of them decide to have a drink at the Sunnybell Inn to celebrate the end of the tournament and the victory of their favored team.
Miele and Godfrey go a little overboard with the drinking though and Miele wakes up the next morning with a raging hangover, not even remembering whom he had a drink with the other day, and decides to go off to the local coffee house to get himself back on his feet.
