Maggy is an inhabitant of Estelle's hometown of Rolent.
She lives in the residence in the north-western section of the city together with her son and grandson. Her son is the officer in charge of one of the military checkpoints and her grandson is known around town as a bit of a troublemaker (she mentions having spoiled him while raising him).
Despite Luke's brashness, she does tend to feel a bit lonely whenever he's playing outside and her son is away at work.
