Creda is an inhabitant of the seaside village of Manoria.
She's an old woman running Fiora's General Goods: a general goods store on the eastern edge of town.
With the introduction of airliners, Manoria's role as a stopover point between Ruan and Krone Pass slowly started dwindling and people started leaving the village as a result. Her granddaughter Sadie's parents were among the villagers leaving town in order to find work elsewhere, but Sadie herself decided to stay behind and keep her grandmother company, something that Creda is extremely grateful for.
Unlike most of the villagers, Creda doesn't mind the fact that Manoria gets less visitors these days. In fact, she enjoys the peace and quiet. Despite this, she says she started feeling healthier after the orphans moved into the village and she believes their energy is rubbing off on her somehow.

Creda is the grandmother of Sadie.
