Raymond is a person met in the Erbe Royal Villa.
He works as a chamberlain in the villa and Estelle, Joshua and Zin meet him during their assault on the villa during the operation to rescue the imprisoned Princess Klaudia.
When Princess Klaudia arrived at the villa shortly after the attack on Central Factory, Raymond was too happy to see her again that he didn't question the Intelligence Division's claim that she was staying at the villa for her own safety. When his friend, Nial Burns, asks him to keep an eye out for interesting tidbits to write about, he calls the Liberl News and tells Nial about the princess staying at the villa without thinking too much of it. When Nial arrives at the villa with the intention of meeting with the princess and holding an interview with her, he's able to make it into the villa due to Raymond sneaking him in and showing him the way.
Nial, however, is discovered by the special ops guarding the place and promptly arrested and imprisoned. It is then that Raymond realizes that the princess is actually imprisoned in the villa and that the special ops soldiers aren't there to protect her, but to keep her locked up. Ashamed for not realizing this sooner and afraid for his own life due to his complicity in Nial's attempt to sneak in, he resumes his chores in the villa's lounge. While he's serving a group of soldiers, Estelle and her team barge in and subdue the drunk special ops.
Initially afraid that the intruders are out to kill him, he's relieved when Joshua tells him they're here at the request of the Queen. Raymond tells the bracers that Nial and the princess are both held in the villa's Crest Room, the innermost chamber used for banquet and signing treaties. When Estelle and the others try to get in there only to find the door locked, Raymond tells them that the guards' commanding officer has the key, but that a spare one is hidden in the gallery. Without wasting further time, Estelle, Joshua and Zin go out to locate the key, subdue the Crest Room's guards and liberate the villa with the help of the Royal Guard and their fellow bracers.
After the villa's liberation, Raymond presumably resumes his work as chamberlain.
If, after defeating the guards in the lounge, Estelle and her team talk to Raymond, the option to rest will appear and choosing it will make him pours them some nutritious drinks that completely restore the entire team's HP and EP.
