Sein, a NPC met in Bose

Sein is an inhabitant of the town of Bose.

He's the proprietor of Sein Arms & Guards and resides in the southern section of the city.

When Estelle, Joshua and Scherazard first arrive in town, Schera points out that the Bose Market sells just about everything aside from quartz and weapons. The latter part wasn't always the case as Sein used to conduct his business at a stand in the market when he was just starting out. Eventually, though dedication and hard work, he managed to get his business to flourish enough for him to be able to afford his own store.

During the sky bandits' raid on the town, Sein's establishment was one of the places that was hit and the robbers made off with some of his most expensive goods. Understandingly, he's extremely upset about that. Fortunately for him, the thieves are arrested after Estelle, Joshua, Scherazard and Olivier infiltrate their hideout and subdue them. After the army takes the Capua Sky Bandits into custody, they also transport the stolen goods back to Bose and return Sein's stolen property to him.
