Roy, a NPC met at Jenis Royal Academy

Roy is a student of Jenis Royal Academy who studies Social Studies.

He's a member of the archery club, but unlike his clubmate Richelle, who's putting a lot of time into setting up and running the club's ice cream stand, Roy's mostly focussed on the exhibition his class is holding, setting the whole thing up together with his classmates Logic and Thelma.

During the festival itself, he, Thelma and Logic spend most of the day at the class exhibition on "information duty", explaining the contents of the various research papers and studies on display in plain language, although he's able to make some time to relieve Patrick and Thelma at the club's ice cream stand. After the end of the play, Roy joins the rest of the students in the auditorium to kick back, relax and celebrate the end of a successful festival.

Unlike his classmates, Roy's not originally from Liberl. He's a citizen of the Calvard Republic who's attending Jenis as an exchange student. He's a devoted member of the fencing club and is actually hoping for his team to be able to participate in the martial arts tournament that takes place shortly before the Queen's birthday celebration, though since he doesn't make an appearance during the fourth chapter, it can be safely assumed they weren't successful in making it in.

Roy's a classmate of Kloe, Argyle, Thelma, Jill, Hans, Logic and Monika.

As a student of Social Studies, he's a student of Miss Wiola.

As a member of the fencing club, he's a fellow club member of Kloe, Patrick, Richelle and Hans.
