Rianne, a NPC met in Grancel

Rianne is a girl met in the town of Grancel.

She's staying with Katrina, her grandmother, in a large house in the western section of the royal city, right next to the Grand Cathedral, although it's not clear if she actually lives there or is merely visiting for some time.

When first met, she's giddy about the prospect of seeing her grandfather again who's expected to return to the royal city shortly. Her excitement quickly turns to disappointment when he fails to show up and they merely get a message that he won't be able to make it. And when she and her grandmother visit the castle later on, she doesn't even get to meet the princess, who she claims is a friend of hers.

Disappointed by this and by the fact that her grandmother can't even get in touch with her grandfather, she decides to go and play outside instead of moping in her room, only to disappear without a trace, much to the distress of her grandma.

It turns out that Rianne's grandfather is General Morgan and Rianne was kidnapped by the Intelligence Division in order to force the general into cooperation and imprisoned in the Erbe Royal Villa. Estelle and Joshua run into Rianne again when they make their way into the villa's Crest Room where her connection with General Morgan is revealed. While the bracers are talking to Kloe, who was also imprisoned there, two soldiers from the Intelligence Division sneak in and take Rianne hostage, mentioning that she'll be a fine hostage who can be hurt without a major public backlash. Before they can leave or carry out their threat, however, the soldiers are surprised and subdued by Scherazard, who came to back up her fellow bracers and saves the frightened Rianne.

After the villa is secured, Elnan gets in touch with Rianne's grandmother to let her know she's alright. After the coup is thwarted, General Morgan thanks Estelle and Joshua for saving his granddaughter and when Estelle visits General Morgan's home during the birthday celebration, she finds Rianne there who calls her out by name and asks her to come back and play with her some time.

Rianne is the granddaughter of General Morgan and Katrina.

She's also friends with Kloe.
