Regis, a NPC met in Grancel

Regis is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.

As one of the chefs working in the royal kitchen, Regis works under Head Chef Gervais who is considered the best chef in the entire kingdom and even people who are used to the high standards set by the Anterose restaurant praise the head chef's cooking.

Along with his colleagues, Regis is involved in major dinner events such as the dinner taking place after the Martial Arts Competition that was attended by mayors and other prominent figures from all over the country, as well as Duke Dunan and Colonel Richard and the celebratory dinner in honor of those who helped thwart the Intelligence Division's coup d'etat.

While his boss and colleague are extremely focussed on making sure that the food served to the castle's prominent guests is top-of-the-bill, Regis seems more preoccupied with containing a rat infestation in the lower section of the castle, made worse by his intense dislike of the animals. He eventually finds out that the rats have been breeding in the castle treasury, most likely due to the Intelligence Division's construction works in there and after the Intelligence Division's conspiracy is thwarted, he grumbles that about how the division is to blame for both a coup and a rat infestation.
