Picaro, a NPC met in Ruan

Picaro is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.

He's a member of the Raven Gang who hangs out in the warehouse district near the city docks and occasionally causes trouble there. When Estelle and Joshua first arrive in town and visit the warehouse district, they run into Picaro who's guarding the gang's hideout and who turns them away when they talk to him. He's later seen hanging out inside the warehouse together with the rest of the gang.

When Clem comes storming into the gang's warehouse and gets threatened by the gang's leaders, Picaro doesn't participate in the fight against Estelle, Joshua and Kloe, though he's presumably present when Agate shows up and intimidates the gang into submission.

After or during the school festival, the mayor's steward Gilbert apparently visits their hideout, but Picaro can't remember what happened next. He and the other Ravens are controlled and made to guard the stairways leading up to the top floor of the lighthouse where they're defeated once more by Estelle, Joshua, Kloe and Agate, although they put up a much tougher fight than before. After being beaten yet again, they're locked in Manoria Village's windmill shed until the army arrives. Since it's decided that they were being controlled, they aren't taken to Leiston Fortress and return to Ruan instead.

After Estelle and Joshua travel to Zeiss, Picaro and the rest of the Ravens engage in some training and eventually enroll in the martial arts competition taking place in Grancel. Unfortunately for them, they don't end up winning the tournament, one of their teams being taken out by Zin fighting on his own while the other one gets beaten by the team consisting of Estelle, Joshua, Zin and Olivier. After their defeat, they presumably return to Ruan without sticking around until the end of the competition.

While some of the Ravens are members of the gang because they messed up their lives, Picaro got pressured into joining. He doesn't really want to hang out with the other Ravens, but lacks the courage to leave, fearing the wrath of the others.

Picaro is a subordinate of Deen, Rais and Rocco.

He's also a fellow gang member of Burt, Bargo, Belden, Jabu and Terence.
