Lenard, a NPC met at Valleria Shore

Lenard is a man met at the KingFisher Inn at Valleria Lakeshore.

He's the person who set up the inn several years back. He initially ran the place entirely on his own, but when his sister Sophina came to visit she took such a liking to the place that she offered to stay and work there as well.

While his sister runs the reception desk, Lenard runs the kitchen. He's a pretty good cook who specializes in preparing fish and part of his service is cooking the fish the guests catch, so they can experience a meal that they themselves are responsible for.
