에드가 폰 아우슬레제 III

Edgar von Auslese (エドガー・フォン・アウスレーゼ), also known as Edgar III (エドガーⅢ世), was the 25th monarch of Liberl.

Background

King Edgar III was keen on advancing Liberl's orbal technology. In S.1160, he donated a large sum of mira to Zeiss Engineering Factory (ZEF) to boost the development of orbal technology.

Edgar died two years later, in S.1162, and was succeeded by his daughter, Alicia von Auslese II.

Thanks to his funding, the ZEF managed to complete the construction of its first orbal-driven clocktower in Zeiss that year, as well as the construction of the moveable Langland Bridge in the Ruan in S.1164, two years later. A successful flight of the first orbal-powered airship, the Calatrava, was achieved in S.1168, thanks to Edgar III's investments.
