Sotiria, a NPC met in Zeiss

Sotiria is an inhabitant of the town of Zeiss.

She's a woman living in the northern part of the town's city block together with her husband, daughter and father-in-law. During Estelle and Joshua's time in Ruan, the rest of Sotiria's family was there as well, holding a vacation and they returned to Zeiss just before the bracers arrived there. Sotiria was the only family member who didn't participate in the vacation due to her fear of flying and her distrust of airliners, despite the fact that her husband is a salesman working for the Liberl Orbalship Corporation, the company that manufactures airships. This fear of flying is made worse when the black orbment causes a city-wide blackout, making Sotiria ponder on what would happen to an airliner if the orbments inside its engine would suddenly just stop.

Shortly after the attack on Zeiss Central Factory takes place, Sotiria's daughter Muriel suddenly decides that she wants to work there after she's graduated Sunday School. Sotiria, who has asked Tita to help her daughter out with school work in the past and doesn't believe that Muriel has the academic skills to become an engineer there, is skeptical at first. When she hears that it's actually a receptionist's job her daughter is after, she's relieved and asks her father-in-law who knows quite a few people at Central Factory to have a talk with Muriel.

Relations

Sotiria is the wife of Rutherford, the mother of Muriel and the daughter-in-law of Randall.

She's also the friend of Elise, who's her neighbor across the street and she knows Tita, personally due to Muriel being in her Sunday School class.
