Pesca, a NPC met in Ruan

Pesca is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.

He's a fisherman who regularly hangs out at the Aqua Rossa Bar in the southern part of town, like many of its patrons.

Ever since the Orbal Revolution, Ruan has been slowly changing and its importance as a harbor town has been slowly giving way to a role as a vacation resort. As a result, many of the fishermen and sailors have started considering other career options. This doesn't apply to Pesca though. He's completely dedicated to his job and can't imagine ever quitting it to do anything else.
