Spiridon is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
He's the owner of Lavantar Casino & Bar in north Ruan, and as such one of the major players in the town's tourism industry. During the time of the Jenis Royal Academy school festival, the casino is actually closed and only the bar is open for business. That's because Spiridon is holding a renovation of his casino followed by a grand re-opening that's meant to coincide with the Queen's birthday celebration.
Somewhat suitable for a casino owner, Spiridon is a firm believer in the philosophy of enjoying the moment, since, both in life and at the roulette table, one's fortunes can turn around on a moment's notice.
