Rosco is a member of the 카푸아 공적단.
He is first seen when he accompanies Josette and Kyle to southern Bose for their meeting with Lorence. Upon returning to the hideout, he and his fellow sky bandit Aaron are among the ones who hang out in the guard room on the upper floors of the place. They're quickly beaten into submission by the bracers though.
He does manage to get his bearings back in time to form the second line of defense against the bracers' pursuit of the Capuas. The army arrives in time to cut off the escape route, however, and Rosco (along with everyone else in the gang) is captured and imprisoned in 레이스톤 요새.

Like his fellow sky bandits, Rosco is fiercely loyal to the Capua siblings, mentioning that Don, Kyle and Josette did a lot for them.
