Father Vixen, a NPC met in Zeiss

Father Vixen is the priest in charge of the Zeiss branch of the Septian Church.

Like his fellow priests at other branches, Vixen teaches the town's children at Sunday School and Tita is among those who attend his lessons, although due to usually being busy with her work at Zeiss Central Factory, she's absent from class a lot more often than other children. Father Vixen would like Tita to attend Sunday School more, if for no other reason to have more interaction with others who are of the same age as she is.

Zeiss doesn't have a very pious population and the people of the town are usually too busy with work to spend a lot of time praying in church. Not wanting to alienate his congration and believing that the church must adapt or risk becoming irrelevant, Father Vixen has been taking steps towards making his church more like a community center than a house of prayer, offering medicine to the sick and offering moral support to those who are troubled. This puts him at odds with Sister Kiera, the nun working at his church, who would like the church to maintain its traditional role.

Despite Sister Kiera's misgivings about the church' primary function in Zeiss being an apothecary, Father Vixen's wealth of knowledge in the field of medicine and pharmacology, which he acquired through study of the Septian Church's millenium-old archives, comes in handy when Agate becomes sick as a result of being hit with a poison-coated bullet fired by a member of the Intelligence Division's spec ops. Unable to help Agate with her own limited knowledge of toxins, Doctor Miriam, the doctor at the factory clinic sends Estelle, Joshua and Titato Father Vixen, who mentions having knowledge of a medicine that could save Agate, although he's currently lacking one of its ingredients; some Zemuria Moss that's found in a nearby cavern reachable through the Kaldia Tunnel under the factory. With Zin's help, Estelle, Joshua and Tita manage to retrieve a patch of the moss, which Father Vixen then uses to concoct a serum to boost Agate's immune system to the point where it's able to neutralize the toxin of its own.

After Agate recovers, Vixen warns him to take it easy for a little while. Agate dismisses his concerns, though he does apologize for the trouble the priest had to go through, which was Agate's way of saying thanks to him. As a result of witnessing Father Vixen's actions, Sister Kiera starts putting more consideration into the priest's point of view regarding the role the church should play in people's lives.
