Terence is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
He's a member of the Raven Gang who hangs out in the warehouse district near the city docks and occasionally causes trouble there. He's found hanging out inside the warehouse together with the rest of the gang.
When Clem comes storming into the gang's warehouse and gets threatened by the gang's leaders, Terence is one of the members who's present and participates in the fight against Estelle, Joshua and Kloe.
