Ben is an inhabitant of the town of Zeiss.
He's the owner of the Forgel Bar in the southern section of the city. While things are usually quiet during most of the day, there's usually rush hour around noon and in the early evening, since many employees from the factory eat lunch and dinner at the bar.
Zeiss, being home to a lot of scientists, engineers and factory workers who are typically all very hard workers who don't like to take a lot of time cooking or even eating.
