Sister Rosa is the nun on duty at the Bose branch of the Septian Church.
She's serious and dedicated to the church, but also rather strict. Perhaps a bit too strict if Father Holstein is to be believed.

Bose, being a city completely centered around commerce, has its own outlook on the combination of capitalism and religion and Sister Rosa is horrified to see merchants attending church to pray for financial success, considering it sacrilege. The fact that Bose's own mayor frequently lets her maid pray for her instead of attending mass herself is an additional source of frustration for her.
Despite her misgivings with the town, she nevertheless shows a softer side when Bose gets hit with another wave of burglaries and she states a desire to visit the homes that got hit and offer support to the victims.
