He's a member of the Raven Gang who hangs out in the warehouse district near the city docks where he occasionally causes trouble. Bargo is a subordinate of Deen, Rais and Rocco, and a fellow gang member of Picaro, Terence, Burt, Jabu and Belden.
When Clem comes storming into the gang's warehouse and gets threatened by the gang's leaders, Bargo is one of the members who's present and participates in the fight against Estelle, Joshua and Kloe. Unfortunately for him, he and the other Ravens are defeated by the bracers and to put insult to injury, Agate shows up afterwards to beat the Ravens into submission some more.
