Primrose is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
She works in the royal castle as one of the maids. Primrose's present during the banquet following up the Martial Arts Competition, serving food and drinks to the guests together with the other maids.
Life in the castle hasn't exactly improved ever since Duke Dunan took on the role of royal proxy standing in for Queen Alicia and Primrose is found grumbling about the duke's rude tendency to come across as intimidating by staring at people menacingly. Colonel Richard, on the other hand, receives nothing but praise from her and she feels that it's a waste that a gentleman like Richard should be chaperoning a boarish man like Dunan.
Primrose's also on duty during the Birthday Celebration since a celebratory banquet is planned to be held at the castle and all the people who helped stop Colonel Richard in the sealed area underneath the castle are invited to stay as guests, meaning there are quite a few guest rooms in need of cleaning and she's the one assigned to clean up all the rooms in the castle's western wing.
