Kitty is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
She's a store clerk working at Edel's Department Store located in the eastern section of the royal city, who currently holds the position of selling and promoting the store's tea as well as being the store's most popular waitress.
Kitty's quite a gifted tea seller who's extremely serious about the subject and who even warns customers of dire consequences should they ever make lacklustre tea in her presence. In addition to selling several kinds of tea, among them the kind the Queen enjoys and frequently orders there, Kitty also likes to give away free samples of her wares and share her six rules of preparing and drinking tea with her customers.
Kitty's six rules of making tea are: - Use good tea leaves. - Use freshly boiled water. - Keep your teapot warm. - Measure your tea. - Steep the leaves. - Make sure to drink every last drop.
Kitty's position of the establishment's tea seller used to belong to Kitty's younger twin sister Midee, but (according to her sister) Kitty took that position for herself, justifying her action with the argument that it belonged to the "older and wiser" sister. The incident has sparked a fight between the twins and now Midee's showering her sister with putdowns about her various bad qualities in an attempt to convince herself that she's still the better tea seller while Kitty's ignoring her sister, much to the latter's sorrow.

Kitty is an employee of Edel and a colleague of Lily and Danton.
She's both Midee's colleague and older twin sister.
