Lifa is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
She works at the Grand Arena located in the royal city's east block and sits behind its ticket counter. Since the annual Martial Arts Competition attracts crowds from all over the country, the days of the tournament are an extremely busy time for her since she's the one who has to sell tickets to the huge crowds pouring into the stadium for several days on end.
Lifa has her first interaction with Estelle and Joshua when the two bracers approach her for a ticket to the preliminaries with the intention of keeping an eye on Duke Dunan. Lifa informs them that most of the matches have already finished and buying a ticket for the full price would be bad money, but when they insist she sells them the tickets nevertheless.
The next day, she's approached by Zin who tells her he's adding three additional members to his team. Since Lifa is also in charge of handling the registrations, she hands Estelle, Joshua and Olivier some registration forms, though she has to put up with Olivier's flirtatious antics in the process.
Though Lifa's unable to see the matches herself, she's nevertheless very encouraging towards Zin and his team, wishing them well before the matches and telling them to have fun at the banquet after they win the championship. She has work during the Queen's Birthday Celebration as well, though she's nevertheless happy that things are back to normal and everybody's having so much fun.
