Duncan, a NPC met in Grancel

Duncan is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.

He's man who lives in one of the houses facing the Baral Coffee House in the western section of the royal city.

Duncan usually works at the city docks, handling shipments that are delivered by ships coming into port. Unfortunately, due to the emergency situation that was instated after the attack on Central Factory, the docks have been closed off as of late and Duncan has been on stand-by ever since, being forced to sit at home with nothing to do except wait until the harbor is reopened.

Since work is most likely piling up at the harbor and since Duncan receives no compensation for his forced time off, he's been in a very cranky mood lately, grumbling at how difficult the army is making his life and not even going to see the martial arts competition.

Like most townspeople, Duncan is aware of the charges of terrorism brought up against the Royal Guard, but unlike many of his fellow citizens, he's very skeptical of that claim, having met several members of the Royal Guard and believing them to be old-fashioned and overly formal, but nevertheless upstanding people. Instead, he argues that it was probably the special ops soldiers like the ones participating in the tournament who pulled off the attack, which turns out to be correct.
