Nonna is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
She's a merchant working at a crepe stall in the southern block of the royal city, near the town gates. Being a merchant during big public events involves some sacrifices. Since she can't just leave her stall in the middle of the day, she's unable to go and watch the martial arts matches and rues the fact that she can't go and watch the competition's finale.
The sacrifice is for a worthy cause though, as Nonna desires to live on her own and be self-sufficient. She has her eyes on an empty house in the western block of the city and is now working a part-time job in order get the money together to be able to afford it.
Like many citizens, Nonna worries about the rumored cancellation of the birthday celebration, especially as she sees the soldiers patrolling the city getting replaced by the Intelligence Division's black ops agents. Fortunately, the coup is thwarted and the birthday celebration proceeds as planned, with Nonna getting to sell her crepes to the many visitors that attend the event.
