Warner is an inhabitant of the city of Bose.
He's the owner and manager of the Kirsche Bar located north-west of the Bose Market. He originally set the bar up on a whim and still sees running it as somewhat of a hobby that he happens to make money with.
Warner is well aware of the fact that his bar isn't the only eating establishment in town and that the Anterose Restaurant has a reputation that reaches far beyond the boundaries of the city, so in order to deal with his competition he's been focussing on giving his bar a homey feel and serve cheap and simple yet tasty meals to his customers in order to create a contrast with his upper-class competitor.
