Stella is an inhabitant of Estelle's hometown of Rolent.
She is married to the owner of the local weapon store and lives on the second floor of the shop together with her husband. As friends of the Bright family, Stella and her husband act as semi-parental figures to Estelle and Joshua and they used to look after Estelle whenever Cassius was away on business. Because of this, Stella in particular is not shy about scolding Estelle in a way one would scold an unruly daughter. This is partially due to Estelle's tendency to act before thinking, but also because, as her husband mentions later, Stella is a bit of a worrywart by nature. That's why, when Estelle and Joshua set out to Bose, they decide to let her husband break the news of their departure to her since they don't have the heart themselves.
Relations
Stella is the wife of Elger.
She's also an unofficial caretaker of Estelle and Joshua.
