Serra is an inhabitant of Estelle's hometown of Rolent.
She lives in the residence in the north-western section of the city together with her husband and son.
The interior of her home is rather notable due to the presence of a large number of books and bookcases; a result of her husband's love of them. His fascination with books comes at the cost of his family though and Serra often feels that her husband is neglecting his family.
When Pat runs off to the Esmelas Tower together with Luke and has to be saved by Estelle, Joshua and Cassius, Serra's relieved when her husband is just as shaken by the even as she is and after their husband has scolded their son, she professes the hope that this incident was the wakeup call their family needed. She notes that Pat's friend Yuni is always picked up from Sunday school by her father and wonders if she should start doing the same for her son or if that would merely annoy him.
