Parker is a man met in the Capua Hideout.
He's a crew member on the airship Linde.

He gets taken hostage along with his colleagues and the passengers when the airliner is boarded and hijacked by the sky bandits. He and the rest are then blindfolded and taken to the Capuas' hideout in Nebel Valley on board the sky bandits' ship where they're imprisoned in one of the rooms on the lower level of the hideout.
Their ordeal comes to an end when Estelle, Joshua, Scherazard and Olivier stow away on the sky bandits' ship, infiltrate the hideout and subdue the group of bandits guarding their cell. When the army arrives, Parker, along with his colleagues and the passengers, are transported back to town.

Parker is briefly seen again during Estelle's flight on the Linde from Grancel to Ruan after her return from Le Locle. While he was wearing a technician's get-up at the time the airship got hijacked, he's taking the role of cabin attendant during this particular flight, letting the passengers know what landmarks the ship is currently passing by.
Relations
Parker is a subordinate of Captain Grandt and is a colleague of Timon, Duncan, Clare and Colton.
