Lucia is a girl living in the seaside village of Manoria.
She's the daughter of the couple running the Manoria's famed White Magnolia Inn and the only young child in the village. Since there are no other kids in the village to play with, Lucia's often bored. This changes when the nearby Mercia Orphanage burns down, forcing the matron to take temporary residence at the village inn and giving Lucia plenty of playmates to spend time with, much to her enjoyment, proving that every cloud has a silver lining. Later on, she visits the school festival together with the children from the orphanage.
Around the time of the Queen's birthday celebration, she and her mother Carla travel to Grancel to see the royal capital where they attended the martial arts tournament and got a bit addicted to the thrill of the spectacle. Lucia was initially cheering on the Ravens during the preliminary rounds, but when the Ravens were defeated she switched her favor to Estelle, Joshua, Olivier and Zin, referring to the latter as the "Bigfoot Man".
During the actual celebration festivities, Lucia, being an ice-cream lover, is hanging out near Sorbet's stand in the eastern block of the city together with her mother, her mother's new friend Clare whom they met in Grancel, and Clare's son Nemo, who became Lucia's new friend.
Relations
Lucia is the daughter of Carla and Rex. She's also the best friend of Polly and eventually becomes a friend of Nemo.
