Eletta is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
She's a little girl living in the northern section of the city together with her parents and big brother Gerome.
Both her parents work in the town's tourist industry, acting as tour guides who show visitors the sights around the city, in order to finance Gerome's tuition fees. Since her parents are both away from the home a lot due to their jobs, Eletta often has to stay at home alone and do the chores on her own, causing her to get a little lonely at times. She's actually looking forward to when she'll be allowed to enter Sunday school because it'll allow her to meet and hang out with other children her age.

Eletta is the daughter of Lytton and Ciel and the younger sister of Gerome
She's also a Sunday School friend of Atget
