Addy is an inhabitant of the village of Elmo.
She's one of the people working at the Maple Leaf Inn where she runs the dining area and assists the chef with the cooking.
Addy and her husband used to live in Zeiss, but after the birth of their son Lucky, they moved to Elmo. Addy admits that she isn't very technically-minded and even has trouble changing a lightbulb, so she presumably isn't bothered not living in an advanced city such as Zeiss anymore.
She and her husband both work at the inn and whenever one of them is at home while the other's working, the person at home has to take care of the housework, but her husband is apparently not very good at that and it seems that work at the inn is partially a way for him to get out of some chores around his own house, meaning that between working at the inn and keeping her own household in order, Addy's life is quite busy.
After Zeiss Central Factory is attacked, the incident becomes the talk of the town, even in remote Elmo. Addy herself is a bit annoyed that the attack is all people can talk about while they seem to forget they're staying at an exceptional eastern resort.

Addy is the wife of Cyril and the mother of Lucky.
She's also an employee of Mrs. Mao.
