West Ostia Highway Monster (西オスティア街道の手配魔獣) is a required quest that occurs during 제4장 "찬란한 헤임달" of 영웅전설 섬의 궤적 III.
Background
The quest is given by Governor Regnitz on 7/15.
Walkthrough
Dicephalosaurus can be found in the secluded area at the northwest end of the West Ostia Highway.

- Turns out it was Instructor Thomas who was under attack. We saved him and defeated the wanted monster.
Trivia
- The notebook states that Meghidoradon is the targeted monster instead of Dicephalosaurus. Meghidoradon is the target for The Cryptid Keeper.
