The quest is given by Governor Regnitz on 7/15.

Dicephalosaurus can be found in the secluded area at the northwest end of the West Ostia Highway.

여담

The notebook states that Meghidoradon is the targeted monster instead of Dicephalosaurus. Meghidoradon is the target for The Cryptid Keeper.
