Hermès' story.
Background
Hermès runs a special bike delivery service that can run anything from food, to medicine, to weapons.
Hermès has completed delivery jobs for Van Arkride in the past, saving him a lot of trouble, although it has been a while since he has done so. She is good friends with Back Alley doctor Isabelle, a fellow woman working in the underworld. The two are close enough that Isabelle has seen her face.
In truth, Hermès is actually Emilia Harring, an airforce pilot in the Republican Army of Calvard and the daughter of general Daniel Harring.
It's revealed during Emilia, the Queen of Attacks that upon getting defeated by Crossbell in S.1204 by Aion Type-β and with Erebonia developing Panzer Soldats, Calvard was struggling to keep up with military power. This was made most apparent in S.1206 when Erebonia declared Operation Jormungandr that ignited the Great War with Erebonia's army overpowering Calvard army by having 70,000 more units. Within a day Calvard's front lines had collapsed but Emilia was determined to put up a fight using her 'Lux Raider'. Whilst her allies were getting shot down, she planned a maneuver that allowed her to get in an advantagious position to shoot down the enemey. By the end of the day, Emilia had destroyed 7 airships, 12 tanks, 10 armored units, and even damamged a gargantua-style airship enough for it to retreat. However, her 'Lux Raider' sustained a massive amount of damamged that resulted in her getting severly injured which would take 3 months to heal. Upon healing, she had planned to retire from the military but before she could, President Rocksmith awarded her the Shibbarie medal and promoted her to major for her achievement during battle.

Van recognises Hermès when she delivers an arts driver as a reward from the Central Intelligence Department. She remarks it has been a while since he last made use of her skills and tells him about her new service. Van can buy items from any shop from the city using her as a courier in exchange for a small fee.
Hermès makes a few sporadic appearances, being seen having a drink in the Blacklight District, delivering a letter on behalf of Elaine Auclair and again talking to Back Alley doctor Isabelle in the Blacklight District. When Edith enters martial law, Hermès offers to hang out with Van after making a delivery, despite the rain.
Van invites Hermès to join in on a street race. She faces off against fellow biker and member of the new High Bloods, Damian. She wins using her bike's turbocharger. On Revolution Day, Hermès is invited to take part in the rematch. This time, she races Walter Kron and narrowly beats him after accelerating in a difficult position. She is covertly working with Yang Cronkite on an undisclosed project.
In the finale, Hermès is able to move during Pandemonium and she helps Paulette and Yumé escape from the Vantail District via bike. She offered a ride to Elaine as well but the barrier stopped her after Elaine ran off alone.

Hermès is first seen in the Blacklight District on a break when Elaine, Swin Abel, and Nadia Rayne were trying to investigate the condemned sector.
Later on when the Corrosion started affecting multiple people into assisting a coup d'etat, Hermès was contacted by René Kincaid to help Arkride Solutions Office by piloting her airship and helping them reach the corroded Esmeray Archette and Naje Berka after they had taken professor Latoya Hamilton and princess Zita Asval. After they are dealt with, Hermès helps get the team to the military base near Edith while inadvertently revealing her rank in the military. When time is later reset and the group meet Hermès in the Vantail District with seemingly no memories of the coup and wonder exactly who she really is before she notices them whispering about something before they leave to deal with the Gardenmaster.
On the day of the Aramis Academy school festival, Hermès is eating at Monmart with Isabelle and Bermotti where she brings up how her courier business is actually her side job and that she's getting prepared for her real job. When they try to ask her what that was, she said she would only tell them if they could beat her in a drinking contest. She later appears at the play for the festival and the bonfire held at the end of the first night.
