Background

Following the capture of almost all Hercules agents by both campuses of Thors Military Academy, they're awarded on the first day of the Summer Festival in a ceremony at the Racecourse premises attended by Carl Regnitz, Olaf Craig and Olivert Reise Arnor. After Cedric Reise Arnor and Kurt Vander accept the award on behalf of the main and branch campus respectively, the students are granted a day of free time and an invitation to attend the party at Valflame Palace.

While at the ceremony, General Craig speaks to Rean Schwarzer in private to inform him of the Azure Knight's dissapearance from custody and to relay a message from General Vandyck, telling him about Giliath Osborne and Rean's past.

• A Lost & Distant Boy: Artem is found at the Racecourse Plaza after following his trail.

Locations

Near the entrance, Clerk Ambrose runs a store together with Clerk Rodeo. Other NPCs that can be found in the area are: Duston and Old Man Godor.

Attending the horse races are the horses: 1 - Lumber Blitz (supported by Lachin); 2 - Black Prince (Dumble); 3 - Kaiser Dice and jockey Wonder (Lord Michelin and Albert); 4 - Land Star (nameless old man and a girl) and the winner, 5 - Lino Bloom (Old Man Lombard). Sidonie runs a shop and Clerk Doug sells horse racing tickets.

In the nobility lobby, the following NPCs can be found: Branch Manager Charlton; Racer who runs a shop; the owner of race horse Black Prince, Seymour; and the ever-travelling Marjorie. Maeve guides Class VII to the Underground Passage.

Rean Schwarzer meets with Olaf Craig and Neithardt in a private meeting room. Warrant Officer Alan stands guard near the door.
