It was June, and the bonds between the students of Thors' branch campus were growing stronger. They had gone through two field exercises, and Class VII grew to five students with the addition of Ash and Musse, becoming even more lively. Rean returned to the dorms after patroling around campus. There, he was visited by his younger sister Elise, who had letters for him, and George Nome, who was visiting the various workshops located around the continent. Towa and Celine joined George and Rean for dinner, while Elise stayed behind. That night, Rean looked over the letters, which came from Baron Schwarzer and Master Yun Ka-Fai, and renewed his resolve.
On their free day, Rean and the expanded Class VII took on the Keep together. Afterward, Rean learned that the next field exercise would take place in Lamare--the host of the upcoming Imperial Provincial Council.
The next day, Rean saw Elise and Celine off at the station. Later, during Panzer Soldat training, Principal Aurelia challenged the students and instructors to a battle. Once Rean and the students successfully completed their training exercises, Major Michael briefed Class VII on the locations of their next Special Ops missions: the port city of Ordis, where Musse's family lived, and Raquel City in the east, where Ash was from. Though Class VII had Ordis' Summer Festival to look forward to during their exercises, their minds remained on Ouroboros.
It was time to depart for the field exercise camp, and Principal Aurelia notified everyone that Thors' main campus would also be conducting their own exercises, using the airship, Courageous, as their means of transport. With this challenge set before them by Principal Aurelia, the branch campus students were more focused than ever, determined to surpass the main campus.
