Ulgar Atkinson was a prominent figure in the Calvardian Revolution.

Appearance

Aramis was a young man with long dark hair tied back behind his head. He is seen in a flashback wearing a military uniform consisting of an ornate coat and two crossed belts over his chest.

Personality

Ulgar was willing to fight for change against the status quo and support the revolutionary effort, turning his back on his previous position to do so. He was Resilient, facing many hardships on account of his immigrant status. He was a keen fisher.

Story

Background

Ulgar was a leading figure in the Democratic Revolution and a key ally and close friend of Sheena Dirke. He was an immigrant to the Kingdom of Calvard and as a result, was discriminated against for much of his life. He was an officer in the Royal Army, but defected to the revolutionary cause at some point, where he was given the role of general over the revolutionary forces. Ultimately, the revolutionaries were victorious and Ulgar took over command of the newly established Republican Army, which still exists to this day.

Ulgar is noted to have been the only one ever who could catch the guardian of Dirke Memorial Park's Lake. He did this through not only his skill, but possession of a fishing rod made of black Zemurian Ore.
