The Dolor Family is a mafia organisation operating within Calvard.
Background
The Dolor Family are the third largest mafia family in the Republic, following Heiyue and Almata. They are regarded as a mid-level group threat. They are normally active in the West of the Republic but became active across it following the activity of Almata who have caused their operations to decline.

Ronald Griffith, an ex-student of Aramis Academy who was expelled for illicit activity seeks the aid of the Dolor Family to take revenge against Renne on their observational study in Basel. The new leader plans to kidnap Aramis students and hold them to ransom, which will reflect badly on the student council president - Renne. Renne and Van Arkride stop them and they flee after recognising Renne's threat level.
The Dolor Family take part in the Carnival organized by Almata in Oración. They are eliminated fairly early on through the actions of the Bracer Guild. If the Bracer Guild are chosen as allies, then Heiyue will instead eliminate them first.
An aggrieved Clema, seeking revenge against Almata for the murder of her lover, tracks down a member of the Dolor Family and tries to extract information from him about them. The Dolor Family are more scared of what Almata will do to traitors and retaliate against Clema instead, until they are stopped by the party. The Guild round them up shortly afterwards.

The Dolor Family are involved in human trafficking in the capital, taking advantage of the vulnerable immigrants from North Ambria. Their schemes are foiled by Towa Herschel, Crow Armbrust, and the Arkride Solutions Office.
