The Eternal Kandelaar (常魔のカンテラ) is an artifact capable of introducing higher elements to an area.
Background
The Eternal Kandelaar was excavated from Osgiliath Basin in the summer of S.1206.[1][2][Note 1] It was brought to the Imperial Museum in Heimdallr, where curator Rilke asked Rean Schwarzer and New Class VII to investigate whether the artifact was still alive.[1]
Battles outside the walls of Heimdallr revealed that the Eternal Kandelaar was indeed still functioning. After the group reported their findings, Rilke brought the artifact to the Heimdallr Cathedral.[1]
