Hector Reise Arnor I (皇帝ヘクトルⅠ世) was the seventh emperor of Saint-Arkh during the late 5th Century of the Septian Calendar.

Hector I is remembered as the emperor that reclaimed the Imperial capital of Heimdallr in S.471.
Liberation of Heimdallr
During the reign of Astorius II in S.371, Zoro-Agruga, the Dark Dragon occupied the underground Imperial capital. The capital and its populace was brought east, temporarily transferring to 생트 아크 in the region now known as the 서덜랜트 주. From there, Hector I led an army of brave warriors including his loyal vassals, witches of the Hexen Clan, and holy knights of the 성배기사단 into the necropolis in order to free it from the dragon.
