The Blacklight District (黒芒街) is the unofficial thirteenth district in the capital city of Edith, Calvard, unmarked on any map.

Background

The Blacklight District, known as the underside of Edith, moves around the Capital of Edith, reflecting its clandestine nature. A number of figures in authoritative positions are aware of the districts existence, but turn a blind eye or even make use of its services discreetly. It is a lawless zone that the police avoid. people from the underworld take refuge here and hang out. It is noted to be a series of underground areas spanning several areas abandoned whilst the city was being planned out. Desires and topics not suitable for the surface are indulged here, with services such as fighting pits, brothels, back-alley doctors and more being available.
