지하묘지

The Catacombs (地下墓所) are ruins located underneath Heimdallr, Erebonia.

Background

The catacombs are remains of the original city of Heimdallr, which was founded in S.81 and destroyed 200 years later by the Dark Dragon Zoro-Agruga, who invaded and occupied the city, spreading its miasma that turned Heimdallr into a city of the dead. By the time Emperor Hector I managed to retake the city a century later, Heimdallr had become a necropolis, and his successor decided to build a new capital over the ruins of the old one.

During the Summer Festival of S.1204, Comrade G and the Imperial Liberation Front take Princess Alfin and Elise Schwarzer hostages during a party in Mater Park, using explosives to flee to the underground passages. Class VII chases them to a different section of the catacombs where G uses the Demonic Flute to summon the remains of Zoro-Agruga.

Class VII is able to defeat the skeletal dragon and destroy the flute, but the rest of the ILF's leaders appear, with C single-handedly defeating Class VII. Afterwards, they retreat and destroy the catacomb behind them.

Background

On the day before the Summer Festival of S.1204, while the rest of the Thors Branch Campus was called to help apprehend the 100 members of Hercules they notified Rean Schwarzer that some of the agents disappeared into thin air. The new Class VII eventually reached the Imperial Museum where Dorothee and Professor Lughman led them to the catacomb underneath.

There, they find a massive gate surrounded by crimson Pleroma Grass, and they're attacked by Nighttouched Hercules members. Roselia Millstein comes to their aid and informs them that Zoro-Agruga is about to resurrect in the realm beyond the gate, with old Class VII arriving soon after. Once the Dark Dragon is defeated, the gate fades away, but Azure Siegfried arrives to challenge the exhausted Class VII to a battle. Despite that, Rean is able to fend him off on his own, and Siegfried retreats while giving a warning that there is more to come.

While everyone was distracted, Ash stole a Verne Company resin gun from one of the unconscious Hercules agents, which he would use the next day to shoot Emperor Eugent Reise Arnor III.
