Appearance
Verethragna is a tall humanoid beast with bright golden fur cackling with electricity. It has two long slender horns and two smaller tusks, as well as long flowing mane and a long whip like tail. Each appendage has three long sharp claws.
Background
Verethragna is a servant of Arusha and is mentioned in Middle-eastern fairy tales. It is described as being from a high dimension.
영웅전설 여의 궤적
When testing the Oct-Geneses's true potential in Tharbad, Gerard Dantès causes Naje Berka, who was under the sway of the orbal shisha drug, to transform into Verethragna. It then engages the party in combat. Melchior is unsure how exactly the transformation happened and Van Arkride comments that Naje must be very strong in order to have been able to fuse with a being like that.
Verethragna can be re-fought in the Marduk Company virtual battle simulator.

- Verethragna, also known as Bahram in modern Persian, is a Zoroastrian deity associated with military might and victory. The name is cognate with the name of the Vedic demon "Vritra".
- A Raijuu is a beast in Japanese mythology that is associated with thunder and lightning. Other than a raijuu, another possible inspiration source for Verethragna's design might be the Shir-e Khorshid, a golden lion that is a national symbol of Iran.
