끌레이유

Creil (クレイユ村) is an agricultural village situated in the rural area northwest of Calvard near the border with Remiferia and Ored.

Background

Creil is famous for its scenery, with Judith Lanster noting that she filmed there once and wishes to do so again. Buckwheat is a popular commodity from the area, which the locals make into galettes and cookies. As a border town, Creil is a popular place to dine and rest for jaeger corps. The corps are not allowed to settle disputes in the village, so the villagers are not worried about their presence.

In 제1장 "어린 불꽃~여행의 시작~", on September 6, S.1208 Van Arkride and the Arkride Solutions Office travel to Creil to search for missing jaeger Aida at the request of client Feri Al-Fayed. There they encounter Melchior of Almata and a second Genesis unit.

In 제5장 "백야의 카르나발", the village is annihilated on the evening of November 16, S.1208 by Gerard Dantès using a nuclear weapon and everyone there is killed. Among the people killed was Dingo Brad, who chose to stay and take pictures of the incident to expose Gerard's crimes on the orbal network with his camera surviving the destruction. According to the three disciples, Latoya Hamilton, Albert Russell, and G. Schmidt, there is no fallout from the explosion. Only two residents, Lashkar and Kaina, are spared, having been in Edith at the time of the explosion.
