하산 알파이드

Chief Hasan Al-Fayed (ハサン·アルファイド) is the commander of the Khurga Warriors Clan jaeger corps, introduced in 영웅전설 여의 궤적.

Appearance

Hasan is a middle aged man with blue eyes and short, spiky dark brown hair and a matching beard and moustache. He wears a variation of the Khurga Corps combat uniform primarily consisting of deep reds and browns, with a flak jacket, several ammunition pouches, wrists guards and boots with a crossed wrapped pattern. His knee guards have tassels which match the red decorative shawl that he wears round his shoulders like a cape. Hasan is armed with a large orbal rifle.

Personality

Hasan is a fairly traditional value holder who keeps solidly to his creed. He cares for his children's well-being, going so far as to threaten extreme death upon anyone who doesn't uphold their honor. Hasan is a stern adherent to Alusha and gives praise to her when he achieves success.

Background

Hasan is the commander of the Khurga Warrior Clan jaeger corps. He has a wife and four children, of which Kasim Al-Fayed, the eldest, is the only adult. Hasan and Kasim got into a disagreement of some nature which led to Kasim leaving the corps, however the two are not on unfriendly relations. Feri Al-Fayed's role as a warrior is one topic they disagreed on.

Hasan is first seen directing his corps' efforts against rival corps, Eisen Schild. He negotiates terms of surrender, with the Khurga taking the victory 6:4. After receiving word of Aida's predicament and word of Feri's location, Hasan mobilizes a unit to travel to Creil but reaches her as she dies. When Feri Al-Fayed hesitates to deliver a final blow to Aida, Van acts in her stead. Hasan disapproves, wanting Feri to deliver the final blow as part of a necessary ritual for the path of a soldier. For her hesitancy to act, Feri is 'disowned' form the corps for going against direct orders. He instructed her to go off an learn about the world. He writes Van a letter thanking him for obliging his daughter's selfishness and expressing his new found admiration, but counsels him that he finds it unacceptable that he took away Feri's chance to grow and he would have her look after her as recompense and be responsible for her growth, under threat of death from the entire corps.

Hasan brings his forces to take part in the operation against Almata in Oración and is involved in the subsequent game. During the battle, they encounter a unit of Eisen Schild and Van's party may choose to aid either side, eliminating the other from the game. Should Hasan not be chosen, after defeat he gracefully hands over his access keys and withdraws, acknowledging Feri's growth. Should he be chosen, he thanks Van for his assistance and then rests his men, fully intending to eventually go all out against Kasim and Feri. During the battle, he and Geraint Leger can be found in the orbal shop, where he will state That Van helped him in more ways than one, remaining in the city in case events go south, and to protect Feri in the worst case scenario. If Hasan was chosen, he will then encounter Celis Ortesia and Rion Balthazar, using his previous squad's experience to provide more of a challenge for the dominions. Arioch's intervention causes both groups to withdraw.

While passing through the capital on the way to his next mission, he by chance happens to spot Feri in the process of mastering her dance. he thanks Van and states that he made the right call, leaving them to enjoy the festival. In the new year, Hasan can be seen celebrating with his collected family.
