Introduction
Ouroboros' Enforcer No. VII, the Imaginator. His title refers to his ability to bring figments of his imagination into reality—including the likes of legendary cryptids. As this ability has the potential to do significant harm, both the Septian Church and the Bracer Guild have been watching him with great scrutiny. Though gentlemanly in demeanor, Simeon has a penchant for prevarication and, at times, theatrics. The Grim Garten's Medieval Gothic appearance reflects his stylistic preferences.[1]

Personality
Simeon is an enigmatic individual, maintaining a calm and gentleman‑like demeanor but with a penchant for prevarication and for the theatrical. Simeon seem to refrain full extend of his capabilities.
He seems to always accept the jobs given to him by the Anguis that come his way, though he still uses the privileges he has as an Enforcer.
