List of quests (Zero)/Prologue/Exploring the Geofront

Exploring the Geofront (ジオフロントの捜索) is a story quest that occurs during the 서장 "특무지원과" in 영웅전설 제로의 궤적.

Background

The quest is automatically acquired when acquiring the Detective Notebook at the beginning of the Prologue.

Walkthrough

1. Speak with the Receptionist for a scene.
2. Examine the door to unlock it and enter the Geofront A Sector.
3. Follow the path to the junction for a scene and head north.
4. Follow the path to the next junction and head north, then follow the path to the elevator and head down to the 2nd floor.
5. Head east and follow the path until a scene.
6. Enter the vent and follow it until a scene.
   • BONUS: When answering Elie, choose:
     • Search for Ryu with Anri (+2 DP)
7. Head west and follow the path until the big room for a battle.
   • BONUS: Before the battle, choose Attack the monsters from behind to start the battle with Single Advantage.
   • BONUS: Do not let either Ryu or Anri take damage to earn 3 DP.
8. In the SSS building, speak with Elie, Tio (in the 1st floor after knocking on her door) and Randy, climb to the roof, and then exit the building for a scene.

Notebook

• We were assigned to the Special Support Section. Right off the bat, we were told to explore the Geofront as a test of our skills. I received this Detective Notebook from Chief Sergei, and began this log.
• We're exploring part of the Geofront, an area under Crossbell City. We're to clear out monsters as we head to the deepest part of this sector, then return to headquarters.
• Though we were left with many questions, all we can do now is complete our assignment. Let's head inside once we're ready.
• The Geofront is an underground structure developed 20 years ago along with other urban planning initiatives.
• The scale of it is impressive, but there are also monsters wandering around. We shouldn't think of this mission as a mere test. Let's see this through to the end to the best of our ability.
• We heard what sounded like a child crying further inside! Let's hurry and find them!
• We discovered a boy inside a ventilation duct. He told us he had been separated from a friend of his that he came in with.
• There's no time to go back--his friend's in danger! We must guard Anri as we look for the other boy, Ryu.
• We discovered the other boy surrounded by monsters. We managed to save him, but an even stronger monster attacked us.
• Just as we were backed into a corner, Arios MacLaine appeared and took the monster down with one swing of his sword. He's a famous A-rank bracer known as the Divine Blade of Wind.
