The vice commissioner is very troubled over losing his wedding ring. Apparently, he was out drinking in the Entertainment District last night when he lost it.

Background
The quest is available after obtaining the Silver Card during Threat Letter Investigation.
The quest expires after facing Yin during Threat Letter Investigation.
Walkthrough
- Head to the Administrative District and speak with Vice Commissioner Pierre in the CPD.
- Head to the SSS building and speak with Zeit. Speak with Zeit again and ask for help.
- Enter Hotel Millenium from the north door and exit through the south door.
- Head to the Back Alley and enter Imelda's Antique Shop.
- Enter the Garante Jazz Bar and speak with Eric, then speak with Sandra.
Notebook
- Asked Zeit to help. It looks like he will lend a paw.
- Began searching the Entertainment District with Zeit. If we go the wrong way, Zeit will tell us.
